Exchanges – Return Policy

Please read our return policy carefully before ordering.

  • Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once it has been processed.
  • For returns and exchanges, the customer must complete the online Returns Form on this page. If you are having trouble with the Form, please call us at 855-222-7689.
  • Uniforms that are returned completely wrinkled will not be accepted. Please do not shove a uniform into a bag and return. This will ruin the uniform and make it unsellable. We will not be accept an item in this condition. Item will be returned at your expense.
  • Sealed Personal hygiene items cannot be returned once they have opened the package. This includes items like mouth guards and underwear cups.
  • Please note, orders cannot be cancelled once it has been processed.

Activstars Athletics offers a 30 Day return/exchange policy on items in new condition. Items must be returned in new condition with all tags and retail packaging. Item will not be accepted it the item is not retuned in the original retail packaging. Item will be returned at the customers expense.

There is absolutely no refunds or exchanges accepted for books, videos, customized items, and washed or used merchandise for any reason. Please make sure the item is correct before washing.

* The customer is responsible for any shipping charges involved in returns and exchanges unless and error was made by our company. ie, wrong item was shipped.

* An RMA number and return address will be provided within 48 hours. We do offer a discount return shipping label for returns and exchanges but it is optional. You are not obligated to purchase a return label from us. You can ship back using any carrier of your choice. When returned with your own label for exchanges, the return shipping cost back to you will still be charged to your card.

* No refunds or exchanges are accepted on books, videos and customized items like embroidered belts and silk screened uniforms.

* A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. There is no restocking fee for exchanges.

* Promo shipping does not apply to exchanges. The full amount of the actual shipping cost will be billed to your card for return shipping.

* Please allow up to 3 weeks for the return and exchange.

* Activstars Athletics does not take any responsibility for lost or miss delivered returns. Please make sure you send all items back insured using a service that provides a tracking number.

* If an item arrives damaged or defective or the wrong item is sent, Activstars Athletics will send you a prepaid return label to return the item and a new replacement will be sent to you at no cost. Please note, we do not send return label and issue refunds in these situation. This policy was implemented to discourage anyone from intentionally damaging products to get free returns. Once the new replacement is received and you still want to return the item, you can follow the normal return procedure at that time. The customer will be responsible for reporting the issue in a timely manner. Please do not allow too much time to pass before letting us know, you may lose the window of opportunity to file a claim.


Please note we are not open on the weekends. Any submission received on the weekends will not be received until the following business day.
